Our client is a global pharmaceutical company, and they are looking for a Senior Director of Finance who will be responsible for strategic decision making and oversight.?This position provides leadership in areas of financial planning and analysis, accounting, internal controls and audit.?In this multi-faceted role, you will be managing team of local and international resources. ??The successful candidate is a seasoned professional in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry and will have a strong background in both Finance & Operations.

About the Opportunity?
Drives constructive dialogue on resource allocation and value creation within Patient Impact
Facilitates performance management culture for respective businesses and as a dedicated counterpart to the GM and the Canadian Leadership Team.
Ensures quality of input in company processes like Strat plan, budget.
Drives consistency and traceability of forecasting process. Validate asset assumptions at Intercontinental East level.
Collaborates with all global teams, strategy team, portfolio, Talent, Procurement, Supply chain, Global Treasury and Tax.
Drives finance strategy and represent Finance at the Leadership level
Working as finance business partner for the GM and direct reports.
Analyse and present financials in an accurate and timely manner. Oversee all financials and Business cases (including pricing).
Coordinate and lead annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the team members.
Review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changes; and keep senior leadership team abreast of the organization's financial status.
Update and implement all necessary business policies
Review & approval of all contracts and addendums to ensure accounting & tax compliance
Responsible from providing a holistic picture of the performance by integrating FP&A and OE activities (financials and non-financials)
Responsible for delivering insights to maximize performance of launched assets?
Supporting the Business Review - Adhoc reporting and analysis?
Ensure Sales force effectiveness strategy and processes (territory Management- Incentives and Compensation) are in place
About You?
10+ years executive leadership experience?
10+ years prior experience in Finance, Financial Planning in a senior position with a proven track record of achieving financial objectives
Prior experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills; should be an effective team player who can engender credibility and confidence within the company, customers & patients
Proven ability to manage a team, work in a team, inputting expert knowledge by influence and good listening skills to understand design models for interpretation
Salary Range?
$180,000 - $200,000/year depending on candidate experience including a competitive executive-level compensation package.
