Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Director of Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial activities, including financial planning, budget management, and financial reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial principles.

Duties

- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
- Prepare financial statements and reports for senior management
- Conduct account reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial data
- Manage cash flow and forecasting
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making
- Oversee budgeting processes and monitor financial performance
- Lead the finance team in day-to-day operations

Experience

Required Skills:
- Strong financial acumen
- Proficiency in technical accounting
- Experience with cash management
- Knowledge of account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation
- Ability to develop and manage budgets

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Prior experience in financial management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $95,000.00 per year
