Work closely with the Configuration Team, Product Line Management and Sales users to define product and service configurators used by account teams to create customer quotes. Responsibilities include Gather requirements, defining attributes, calculations, and UI for "Guided Selling" functionality
Participating in end-to-end user acceptance testing to support production releases.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues identified and document test results.
Work with IT on Integration with SFDC and Oracle
CPQ Solutions Architect
Design flexible, scalable and maintainable solutions that meet business requirements
Implement solutions in CPQ Cloud
Work with IT for any integration requirements of the solution
Business Requirements
Salesforce experience
Reports and Dashboard creation a plus
Understanding CPQ Software and "Guided Selling" experience a plus
Experience with Quotes and Proposal packages
Experience with Product management
Experience with Pro Services & Service Level Agreements
Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI)
Oracle CPQ Cloud experience
Programming skills in the quoting community
Experience in SQL, Excel formulas, BML and JSON a plus.
Building logic statements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience (Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent practical experience)
Experience in a sales-oriented organization (understanding of typical sales processes)
Experience with Configure, Price and Quote tools - Oracle CPQ Cloud or another CPQ Tools
