professional and dedicated Prep Cook
to join our esteemed culinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual with a strong foundation in production and batch cooking to contribute to one of the city's most respected kitchens.
The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, consistency, and pride in their work. They will have the ability to work independently, efficiently, and with precision while maintaining the high standards of quality and organization that define Harbour 60.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute daily prep lists including vegetable preparation, sauces, dressings, and base recipes
Perform precise knife work and blanching with attention to consistency and quality
Assist in batch cooking and production for multiple outlets
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
Support the culinary team in ensuring all mise en place is ready for service
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in reputable, high-volume, or fine dining restaurants
Strong foundation in cooking techniques, production, and organization
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to consistency
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
