About us

Eastbound Brewing Company is an 80 seat brewpub located in the Riverside neighbourhood in the east end of Toronto. We have been a part of Toronto's growing beer scene for over 8 years, establishing ourselves as a favourite in the community.

We love to engage with our neighbours, putting on events and dinners that showcase our food and beer! The kitchen is open 6 days a week offering lunch, brunch and dinner. We host trivia weekly as well as daily specials and a happy hour.

Cook

Eastbound Brewing Company is looking to add a part time brunch cook on Sundays to our growing team.

Duties:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications
- Ensure food is prepared and presented in an appetizing manner
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with catering events as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Proven experience as a cook, 3-5 years experience
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team
