Company Overview:Join our dynamic real estate team, where we specialize in managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties, including single-family homes, townhouses, condos, and smaller apartment buildings. We are committed to maintaining high standards of property management and delivering exceptional service to our residents and property owners.:We are seeking an expert in Yardi Breeze software to audit our transition from another CRM program to Yardi Breeze. The ideal candidate will be adept at accounting & bookkeeping procedures within Yardi Breeze, including daily operations and monthly reconciliation procedures. Your role will be pivotal as we troubleshoot the transition to Yardi Breeze, and the majority of time will be spent reconciling & correcting accounts, and training our staff to do the same.Please note: This is a short-term contract position only. The term will depend on transition workload, but likely to last approximately 2 - 3 weeks.Qualifications:

• Proficient/expert in Yardi Breeze software
• Proven experience in residential property management, including sound understanding of the applicable rules and regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
