Administrative Assistant - Property Management. FT or PT
We are a small Property Management Company seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant who will perform all bookkeeping duties as well as act as perform the duties of the Office Administrator. Preference given to candidate with bookkeeping and/or commercial property experience.
We have a Full-Time and Part Time position.
We are a commercial property management and commercial rental company who owns, runs and manages multiple commercial buildings across the east side of Toronto and maintains a quality set of businesses as our clients. Our Head Office is located in Toronto (Leslieville) at Carlaw Ave and Dundas St East, easily accessible by public transit, and/or a free parking spot provided. This is an in-office position. You can choose between 32 and 40 hours weekly being 4 or 5 days per week. We are a small 2-3-person office.
You are both the Administrator and Right-Hand Person to the President/Owner
