What you'll need to have

Candidate profile (text) - Default language . You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial position.

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing and coordinating with external service providers.
  • You have proven skills in developing people, providing support, coaching, training, and career direction to others.
  • You have the ability to communicate confidently and clearly in the local language in the unit as well as basic English.
  • You have experience in a facilities management organization, preferably in a high-volume retail sector.
  • You have an academic degree or professional qualification in Facilities Management (or equivalent) (an asset).
Your Responsibilities
  • Be responsible to make sure that each property is managed throughout its lifetime including safety, compliance, maintenance, and improvement to ensure a safe and operational environment for the business, co-workers, customers and other stakeholders
  • Develop your team's competence and performance, ensuring a succession plan in the unit
  • Be responsible for all activities related to long term planning, budget estimation, execution, follow up, forecasting and reporting within the FM scope within the unit
  • Implement and evaluate supplier contracts at unit level in alignment with internal governance structure for supplier contracts to improve efficiencies/costs/equipment and quality
  • Manage relationships with Business owners within the unit to ensure business needs are met by collecting requirements, setting annual goals and periodic follow ups

  • Vous avez un diplame universitaire ou une qualification professionnelle en gestion des installations (ou equivalent) (un atout).
Vos responsabilites
  • aStre responsable de s'assurer que chaque propriete est geree tout au long de sa duree de vie, y compris la securite, la conformite, l'entretien et l'amelioration afin d'assurer un environnement sar et operationnel pour l'entreprise, les collegues, les clients et les autres parties prenantes.
  • Developper les competences et la performance de votre equipe, en assurant un plan de releve dans l'unite.
  • aStre responsable de toutes les activites liees a la planification a long terme, a l'estimation budgetaire, a l'execution, au suivi, aux previsions et aux rapports dans le cadre du FM au sein de l'unite.
  • Mettre en A"uvre et evaluer les contrats des fournisseurs au niveau des unites conformement a la structure de gouvernance interne des contrats des fournisseurs afin d'ameliorer l'efficacite/ les coats/ l'equipement et la qualite.
  • Gerer les relations avec les proprietaires d'entreprise au sein de l'unite pour s'assurer que les besoins de l'entreprise sont satisfaits en recueillant les exigences, en fixant des objectifs annuels et des suivis periodiques.
