Although we are currently all suffering through a pandemic, the demand for travel in 2021 has begun to pick up and therefore, it is now time to grow, we are looking for an individual to join our team in this hybrid position. \xc2\xb7 Handling incoming phone calls and emails from customers \xc2\xb7 Booking and adjusting travel details of customers \xc2\xb7 Administrative duties including filing and record keeping \xc2\xb7 Handing online chat requests Job Requirements \xc2\xb7 Microsoft Word / Excel / Powerpoint \xc2\xb7 Good phone mannerisms (Customer Service Mindset) \xc2\xb7 Mandarin Speaking is an additional advantage Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year Benefits:
