Job Duties:
-Respond to, handle and resolve customer inquiries
-Provide customers with product and service information in field
-Identify and deescalate customer issues
-Effectively communicate both verbally and written, with clients and company personnel
-Work independently and in a team environment to maximize profit
Job Requirements:
-Be able to pass a criminal background check
-Should be 18 years or older
-Be available to work full time
-Customer service experience preferred, but not required
