We are working with a great company located in Vars to find a dynamic Customer Service Specialist. What will you be doing? Better question is what won't you be doing! This job will be multi-faceted; you'll be answering inquiries, following up with existing clients, some sales, and some account management. If you like talking to people, and adding value, this is for you.

This is a contract opportunity that could transition to a permanent role for the right candidate

Responsibilities
What you'll be doing here:

You'll respond to inquiries about products and services
You'll be collecting payments (some collections)
Track various client accounts and sales opportunities
Help develop long term partnerships within the industry

Qualifications
What will make you successful:

Bilingual in English and French (preferred)
working knowledge of MS Office is required
experience within the automotive industry would be a strong asset
you need to want to learn
a valid driving license
ability to pass a background check
