Trades Managers are responsible for managing safety, quality, cost and schedule performance across all trades within their assigned areas. Trades Managers will work within multi-disciplined teams to find solutions geared towards the shipyards overall production strategy. Trades Managers are expected to lead production supervisors and hourly workforce in the execution of planned work scope. Trades Managers will identify and evaluate shipyard production metrics (Norms) and contribute to developing technical solutions for production performance improvement.
