Job Description


We are looking for an Investor Relations Manager to join our Team remotely. The candidate will be responsible primarily for the sourcing, selecting, updating investors and for executing the internal IR function for our Digital Business Unit - . This role requires a self-starter and proven leader with demonstrated experience managing investor relations for a technology company.

The Investor Relations Manager (IRM) is a leader who communicates with stakeholders and investors, to transfer the corporates mission, vision, values, and culture.

What you will do:

  • Build the Companys internal investor relations function including strategy development and creating and executing the IR operating plan and budget
  • Source and select relevant investors worldwide
  • Managing the fundraise and closure
  • Act as primary spokesperson for all communication with the investment community regarding the Companys business model, operating results, business strategies and special developments
  • Advise on and support all aspects of investor marketing
  • Assist investors and analysts in modeling the company
  • Compile disclosures and data for use by senior management in meetings and discussions with investors, analysts and shareholders
  • Maintain IR Online Packaging Marketplace
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure a consistent corporate image is presented to analysts, institutional investors, individual shareholders, media and all external parties
  • Support M&A activities across the finance function as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in PR, Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • 1+ years of experience as an Investor Relations Manager or similar role
  • Ability to develop financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines and pay attention to detail
  • Excellent accounting, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of IR practices, guidelines, and requirements
  • Understanding of valuation and modeling techniques used by investors and analysts
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing and presentation software; familiarity with IR focused software/tools preferred
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • High sense of urgency
  • The ability to work under severe pressure and to accept criticism
  • Ability to represent the company at investor meetings/conferences as required
  • Advanced English
