The Revenue Growth Management Intern \xe2\x80\x93 Coffee and Brewers Portfolio, will be a key member of the RGM team, primarily and actively driving the monthly category review analysis and new product introduction process. Through identifying gaps and opportunities, the intern will provide recommendations to improve share versus competition and help build the strategy on price pack architecture. The candidate reports to Revenue Growth and Trade Manager.

What you will do:

  • Help the team develop a deeper understanding of the pricing and promotional activities that it executes and provide recommendations on how to maximize revenue.
  • Analyze commercial activities and category best practices to optimize our promotional performance and drive insight to generate higher return on investment (ROI)
  • Contribute to launching new products through New Product introduction process (NPI) by analyzing the 4P versus current portfolio and competitor products.
  • Collaborate with Internal teams (sales, marketing, category management) to drive engagement into strategy and get buy in on execution.
  • Collaborate with finance to run scenario analysis based on given parameters and recommend solution based on the analysis.
