Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop and implement innovative menu items that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Manage inventory and ordering, minimizing waste and controlling food costs.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of all kitchen equipment.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor food preparation to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food industry.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an Indian kitchen, specifically in Tandoor.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
In-depth knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and kitchen safety practices.
Creativity in menu development and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
