Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation. Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and performance. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste through effective portion control. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Monitor food presentation and quality standards, making adjustments as necessary to meet expectations. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu development. Previous supervisory or team management experience is preferred. Familiarity with restaurant management practices, including inventory control and cost management. Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
