We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to lead our kitchen team and create exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management, with the ability to supervise staff effectively. Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
Must have knowledge of Tandoor and how to use it including making chicken, naans and Amritsar Kulchas
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to provide excellent service and address customer feedback.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Foster a positive team atmosphere that encourages creativity and collaboration among kitchen staff.
Experience
Proven experience in a chef role or similar position within the food service industry.
Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management and leadership.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards.
A passion for culinary arts combined with excellent organizational skills is essential.
