Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative tandoor Chef to join our team. The tandoor Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, related to tandoor including tandoor food preparation, and ensuring high-quality culinary experiences for our guests. Duties:
- Plan and direct tandoor food preparation and culinary activities
- second in command to head chef
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal offerings and special event menus
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Train new kitchen employees Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tandoor Chef or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of tandoori food preparation techniques
- Understanding of food safety practices and health regulations Skills:
- Food preparation
- Cooking techniques
- Food handling procedures
- Team management
- Experience in the food industry
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Restaurant operations knowledge
