As a Talent Sourcer at United Rentals, you will be responsible for sourcing activities to find qualified candidates through provided tool utilization and other resources. You will also be responsible for building pipeline for all positions, including skilled labor, sales and management. Note: This a part-time remote role. Additional duties include the following:

• Act as first point of contact to potential candidates
• Champion of the culture and career path opportunities of United Rentals
• Identify and source qualified candidates for current positions and build a pipeline for future roles utilize and identifying creative sourcing methods
• Work with recruiter and hiring manager to develop creative strategies in engaging top talent for their teams through resume screening, outbound sourcing, networking, referrals, events, etc.
• Leverage data and industry trends to build creative sourcing strategies
• Assist with coordination and attending events, including, college, technical schools, military and skilled labor sessions
• Other duties assigned as needed

Job Requirements:

• BA/BS preferred
• 1-2 years relatable experience in a fast pace work environment
• Bilingual - English/French an asset but not required
• Ability to use good judgement
• Keen attention to detail
• Strong customer service and administrative skills
• Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong research skills with the ability to hunt
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Applicant tracking system experience, Workday preferred
• Valid driver\'s license with acceptable driving record
