Talent Acquisition Specialist Career Opportunity

The Dufresne Group is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Talent Acquisition Team within our Home Office located at 147 Commerce Drive in Winnipeg, MB .

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with our Hiring Managers to find qualified candidates for both current and future roles within TDG by using innovative sourcing methods including resume databases, internet search, social media, networking sites, user groups, and our database.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process with the Hiring Managers for various levels of positions.

Increase both the quality and quantity of candidate leads while decreasing cycle times.

Research and source talent via resume databases, direct sourcing, networking sites, social media, user groups, and partnership with various organizations.

Partner with key stakeholders to find top talent in our stores, distribution centres, and corporate home office.

Build relationships with Candidates during the screening and interview process to understand their goals and interests.

Be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual recruitment goals, recruitment targets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve individual and team objectives.

Utilize assessment tools and use the data to provide objective hiring decisions.

Plan interview and selection procedures, including targeted search strategy.

Ensure recruitment activity is actively updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), reporting on hiring metrics, trends, successes, and challenges.

Liaise effectively with the HR Business Partners to ensure an integrated service to the Hiring Managers and Candidates.

Independently source and gather insights to attract potential candidates interests while simultaneously assessing the potential Candidates fit within the organization.

Develop strong partnerships and relationships with the Hiring Managers across the organization.

As a successful candidate you will have the following:
Post-secondary education and 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Recruiter and/or Talent Sourcer or equivalent combination of education plus experience.

CIR, CSSR and ACIR designations an asset.

Technology and social media savvy; Creative sourcing expertise including resume databases, internet, social media, networking sites and user groups.

Excellent research skills.

Highly persistent with the ability to meet deadlines and produce results.

Service oriented.

Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proven organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.

Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Travel may be required.
