Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Attraction, you will work collaboratively with the recruitment specialists and hiring managers to develop recruitment and outreach strategies for difficult to hire talent segments and deliver impactful solutions to source diverse qualified candidates. You will play a critical role in leading the activities around those sourcing strategies and will be responsible for cultivating a pipeline of best-in-class talent through innovative outreach methods. And, as we continue to evolve our recruitment marketing strategy, you will be a key participant in the development, implementation and communication of a refreshed employer brand and EVP.
