As the Senior Talent Sourcer you will partner with hiring managers from across the business to understand their hiring needs and source/engage top talent for senior and hard to fill positions. You will have the opportunity to create talent maps and analyze recruitment trends to better understand the competitive landscape and drive talent strategy. Lastly, the Senior Talent Sourcer is responsible for sharing best practices and informally mentoring Sourcers on the team. What you\'ll get the opportunity to do:
  • Source and engage candidates using different recruitment channels such as (LinkedIn, Stackoverflow, Github, Gem etc)
  • Build talent pipelines for senior and hard to fill positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and the requirements of the role
  • Create talent maps to better understand the competitive landscape
  • Recruitment administrative tasks such as interview coordination and scheduling
  • Manage recruitment metrics and reporting such as funnel analysis, conversion rates, and diversity KPIs.
  • Analyzing recruitment data and communicating outcomes to internal stakeholders such as hiring managers, HRBPs etc
  • Assist with onboarding new sourcers
  • Shares best practices and provides ongoing informal mentorship to sourcers on the team
  • Assist with various recruitment projects and events
What you\'ll bring to the team:
  • 3+ years of sourcing experience (ideally within a high growth company)
  • Experience sourcing for leadership positions and highly technical roles
  • Demonstrable record of using creative sourcing approaches, including applying new or unique strategies to attract diverse talent
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruitment team
