DHL Express currently has an opening for a Bilingual Senior Talent Experience Specialist in our National Office in Brampton. This is an incredible hybrid opportunity for a bilingual professional interested in various areas of Human Resources.

Through a combination of Internal Communications, Employee Engagement & Branding and Talent Management, this individual contributor will play a key role in streamlining the employee experience we provide to our Motivated People.

The role requires exceptional organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders. It is a critical role to ensure successful enhancement of our talent experience.

How will you contribute to DHL's success?

Employee Experience:

  • Implement communication strategy to positively impact employee engagement through effective modes of communication including but not limited to weekly newsletters, digital app, and engagement events.
  • Partner with marketing team to improve employee communication and employer brand, ensure internal communications meet specific professional global standards and allow for consistent messaging both internally and externally.
  • Support social marketing and networking initiatives in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Team to further enhance recruitment footprint.
  • Act as a communications translator for both internal and external communications in English and French.
  • Track analytics and tweak strategy accordingly based on findings
Talent Management:
  • Manage and execute the company's Individual Development Plan programming socializing learning, tools and activities.
  • Maintain and actively innovate DHL's onboarding program for hourly and salaried team members to enhance the experience for all.
  • Manage and track development programming within the business.
  • Generate reports and highlight strengths, opportunities, and concerns.
Do you have what it takes?
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in either human resources, project management, communications, or relevant field
  • University degree in relevant field
  • Passionate current DHL Express member that lives our culture every day

  • Passionate about motivating, recognizing and developing our team members
  • Strong affinity for and interest in project management and data analytics
  • Practical and methodical approach to program deployment
  • Proven organizational and communication skills
  • Bilingual in both English and French
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities at once
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
  • Attention to detail in all areas of work
