It\xe2\x80\x99s a pretty unique opportunity to work here, and we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our PAL team in St. John\xe2\x80\x99s.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the overall Talent Acquisition team. The coordinator works with all members of the Talent Acquisition team to assist and support recruitment and selection as well as new hire paperwork, onboarding activities and candidate file creation. This role works with the team members in organizing and attending career events and to help streamline processes and foster positive candidate experiences.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to assist in screening applications.
• Send online interviews to candidates for pre-screen
• Schedule interviews for candidates and hiring managers.
• Collect new hire information and complete new hire/onboarding documentation.
• Schedule and review orientations for new hires
• Review, edit and post job advertisements as well as explore and utilize alternate platforms or methods of advertising
• Social media engagement and brand posting
• Own and manage job posting library
• Own and manage letter template library
• Assist in organizing and attending career fairs and open houses
• Manage and maintain updated job aids/interview guides for both hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team
• Draft T&C\xe2\x80\x99s and offer letters as needed
• Overall administrative support and organizing of files for the Talent Acquisition team
• Provide continuous improvement recommendations to the teams tools, and processes
• Other recruitment-related activities as directed by the Talent Acquisition team.

What you will bring:

• Previous experience working in administrative or coordinator role (airline industry or recruitment department experience an asset)
• Business degree or diploma considered an asset
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently and be task-driven
• Passion for creating strong, overall positive candidate and client experience
• Previous experience working with ATS or other recruiting or HR software as asset.
• Social media savvy
• Positive, problem solving attitude
