RMC Martial Arts in Burlington, Ontario is seeking a passionate and dedicated

Taekwondo Instructor

to join our growing team. As one of the largest and most premium dojangs in Canada (nearly 8,000 sq ft), we are committed to providing high-quality instruction in a positive, professional environment. The ideal candidate has a strong martial arts background, a genuine passion for teaching, and a commitment to fostering student growth -- both on and off the mats.

Responsibilities

Assist lead instructors during classes for children, teens, and/or adults Help maintain a safe, respectful, and energetic training environment Support students with drills, forms (poomsae), and foundational techniques Encourage and motivate students while modeling discipline and respect Communicate professionally with students, parents, and fellow staff Participate in team training, school events, and ongoing development

Qualifications

Experience in Taekwondo or other martial arts (minimum 1st Dan preferred) Prior experience assisting or teaching classes Positive attitude and a genuine interest in working with students of all ages Strong communication and teamwork skills CPR/First Aid certification is a plus Must be available for evenings and/or weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week

Taekwondo Instructor: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:

Kukkiwon Certificate? (required)
