Job Description
Store manager:
Responsible to oversee entire store including employees schedules, raw material supply, inventory management, customer service and day to day operations Extensive working experience in Japanese sushi or ramen store professional sushi skills including fish cutting, sashimi, sushi, and maki Omakase experience is a bonus Must have good attitude and team work collaborations skill
