Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our team. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting sushi dishes to our customers. If you have a strong background in the food industry and are experienced in sushi preparation, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Prepare and present sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards - Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment - Assist with inventory management and ordering of sushi ingredients - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and special requests Qualifications: - Previous experience working in a sushi restaurant or similar food service establishment - Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, including cutting, rolling, and presentation - Familiarity with various types of fish and seafood used in sushi dishes - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment - Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of food quality - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team If you are passionate about sushi preparation, have experience in the food industry, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply for the position of Sushi Chef.
