Job Requirements:
Excellent knife skills and the ability to expertly handle and fillet various types of fish commonly used in Japanese cuisine
Proficient and efficient in making sushi and rolls with consistent quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and food presentation
Team player with a responsible and professional attitude
Familiar with the daily operations of a sushi bar
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.50-$36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
