R\xc3\xa9sum\xc3\xa9 Relevant de l\'un des Gestionnaires de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de Soutien Technique, l\xe2\x80\x99Administrateur/l\xe2\x80\x99Administratrice Syst\xc3\xa8me de Soutien aidera nos client(e)s avec leurs demandes techniques dans un environnement dynamique qui offre plusieurs d\xc3\xa9fis techniques. L\xe2\x80\x99Administrateur/l\xe2\x80\x99Administratrice Syst\xc3\xa8me de Soutien travaillera un horaire de nuit de 4 quarts de travail cons\xc3\xa9cutifs de 10 heures chaque pour un total de 40 heures par semaine. Un ou deux de ces nuits aura lieu la fin de semaine d\xc3\xa9pendamment des besoin op\xc3\xa9rationnels. Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s

• Communiquer r\xc3\xa9guli\xc3\xa8rement avec nos clients par t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phone ainsi que par le biais de notre syst\xc3\xa8me de billetterie
• Effectuer plusieurs requ\xc3\xaates techniques
• R\xc3\xa9soudre des probl\xc3\xa9matiques divers de logiciel, de mat\xc3\xa9riel, et/ou de r\xc3\xa9seau
• Effectuer des t\xc3\xa2ches connexes

Comp\xc3\xa9tences, aptitudes, et exp\xc3\xa9rience

• Au moins 2 ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience professionnelle \xc3\xa0 administrer les technologies suivantes dans un environnement de production :
  • Linux (CentOS de pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence)
  • Apache
  • MySQL/MariaDB
  • PHP
• Au moins 2 ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience professionnelle \xc3\xa0 r\xc3\xa9soudre des probl\xc3\xa9matiques logiciels, mat\xc3\xa9riels, et r\xc3\xa9seaux dans un environnement de production
• Maitrise de la ligne de commande Linux
• Bonne capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa9crite et parl\xc3\xa9e en anglais
• Bonne capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa9crite et parl\xc3\xa9e dans au moins l\'une des deux langues suivantes : fran\xc3\xa7ais ou espagnol
• Excellente capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 apprendre de fa\xc3\xa7on autonome
• Vous collaborez bien avec les autres, avez de l\xe2\x80\x99initiative, et avez une forte capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler de fa\xc3\xa7on autonome

Job Title: Support System Administrator (Night) Location: Montreal (Nun\xe2\x80\x99s Island) Introduction Are you a night owl? Do you enjoy helping others? Are you interested in server technologies? Summary Reporting to one of the Managers of the Technical Support team, the Support System Administrator will help our customers with their technical requests in a dynamic environment that offers many technical challenges. The Support System Administrator will work a night schedule of 4 consecutive 10-hour shifts per week for a total of 40 hours per week. One or two of those nights will be on weekends depending on operational needs. Responsibilities

• Regularly communicate with our customers over the phone and through our ticketing system
• Perform various technical requests
• Troubleshoot various software, hardware, and/or network issues
• Perform related tasks

Skills, Aptitudes, & Experience

• At least 2 years of professional experience administering the following technologies in a production environment:
  • Linux (CentOS preferred)
  • Apache
  • MySQL/MariaDB
  • PHP
• At least 2 years of professional experience troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues in a production environment
• Mastery of the Linux command-line
• Good written & spoken ability in English
• Good written & spoken ability in at least one of the following languages: French or Spanish
• Great ability to learn on your own
• You collaborate well with others, are a self-starter, and have a strong ability to work autonomously
• Professionalism, a strong sense of ownership, good at prioritizing, and you work well under pressure
• Patience, empathy, curiosity, and you have a positive attitude
