• Create and maintain new and existing driver files
• Track, monitor and support of driver follow up for ongoing training and re-certifications
• Monitor and audit ELD for accuracy, completion and certification on a daily basis
• HOS violation tracking and follow up
• Preparing all associated documentation required for all audits, including National Safety Code, OHS, Food Safety and Environmental
• Assist with conducting orientation
• Assist in conducting road evaluations
• Aid in the investigation of all accidents/incidents
• Review accident file contents for accuracy and documents needed
• Assure proper accountability is delivered for preventable accidents
• Field and support driver questions and concerns
• Conduct/support job task observations
• Monitor tractor parking area for leaks and hazards
• Check spill kits to ensure they are sealed; record and replace missing items as needed

What you bring:

• Exceptional leadership, organizational and communication skills
• Secondary Education in Transportation, Supply Chain and/or Health and Safety preferred.
• 1-2 years of related work experience (Transport/Supply Chain/Warehouse)
• Class 1 license an asset
• Computer literacy.
• Must have the ability to multitask, make decisions and problem solve .
• Ability to travel as required
• Flexibility to adjust schedule where required
