We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and dedicated individual to join our Company's Safety and Compliance department to uphold high standards in safety and compliance.
Duties:
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Conduct audits of ELD (Electronic Logging Devices) and Log Books
Maintain and update Driver Qualification Files
Oversee and manage the Drug and Alcohol Program
Maintain equipment files and documentation
Enter data for fleet maintenance records
Facilitate Driver Orientation sessions
Report on and schedule follow-ups with drivers regarding violations, tickets, accidents, injuries, claims, and other incidents as they occur
Collaborate with other departments to improve driver retention and address driver complaints
Perform other administrative and general tasks as needed
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of Hours of Service (HOS), CVSA, and DOT/FMCSA regulations
High attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF Email
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong ability to organize and meet deadlines
Database management skills are essential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.37-$25.05 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
