Safety And Compliance Manager

Job Description
Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide safety policies and programs to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations (e.g., Transport Canada, FMCSA, DOT, OSHA, NSC).
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with Hours of Service (HOS), electronic logging devices (ELDs), and fleet safety standards.
Implement and maintain emergency response plans and incident reporting procedures.
Lead investigations for accidents, incidents, and violations, implementing corrective and preventive measures.
Summary
As a Safety and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all safety regulations and compliance standards are met within the organization. Reporting to the Operations Director, your core skills in risk assessment and regulatory knowledge will be essential in developing and implementing safety policies. Your premium skills in training & development will enable you to create effective training programs for staff. Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
