About This Opportunity
As a Supervisor, POS and Onboarding you will be help to establish and streamline all the POS\'s within our Brampton facility. You will work very closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Warehouse and Distribution department in order to streamline and manage the POS budget. You will also be responsible for onboarding all the new hires; insuring all on-boarding modules are completed.
Responsibilities
\xe2\xa6\x81 Responsible for managing entire POS budget
\xe2\xa6\x81 Responsible for submitting final order for all POS (Local, National, Monster)
\xe2\xa6\x81 Responsible for allocation of POS items down to the route level; willing to collaborate crossfunctionally with other team members; Distric Sales Managers, Sales Execution Leads
\xe2\xa6\x81 Will manage the POS coordinator with a focus on: Improving trade execution through, Speed to market, Ordering needed tools and quantities
\xe2\xa6\x81 Decrease POS waste to levels in line or better to national averages (5-7%)
\xe2\xa6\x81 Sorting allocation down to route level
\xe2\xa6\x81 Increase attention to overall maintenance of POS storage
\xe2\xa6\x81 Improve people leadership role and expectations with POS coordinator and optimize line of sight on ordering and shipping
\xe2\xa6\x81 Facilitate all FIRST SIP onboarding sessions for all facility departments; coordinate with TA/Hiring manager to ensure day one readiness (access, passwords, tools, etc.)
\xe2\xa6\x81 Ensures all day 1 on-boarding modules are executed
\xe2\xa6\x81 Coordinates with hiring managers to ensure completion of all required modules (outside of day 1)
\xe2\xa6\x81 Responsible for ensuring facility compliance for all on-boarding KPI\'s
