Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: The primary function of the Housekeeping Supervisor is to manage the housekeeping staff and their activities in order to maintain the hotel in a clean, sanitary and orderly condition for the safety and security of our guests and employees in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager.
We are seeking individuals with a team player attitude who have our guests positive experiences as their top priority
General
Supervise and ensure completion of all duties of housekeeping staff
Prepare room attendants daily assignments in absence of the housekeeping manager
Inspect all rooms assigned to room attendants in his/her section of the property on a daily basis
Notify room attendants of any deficiencies found in room after inspection
Evaluate overall performance of room attendants
Train room attendants
Assist room attendants with cleaning guest rooms when needed
Fold and sort linens
Follow all Policies and Procedures in accordance with the Employee Handbook.
Schedule
8- hour shift
5 days per week
8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Weekends required
