Relevant du.de la directeur.trice-conseil et en collaboration avec les \xc3\xa9quipes cr\xc3\xa9atives et techniques, le.la superviseur.e sera responsable de la gestion de projets, d\'\xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9anciers, de ressources et de budgets associ\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 des mandats au Canada ainsi qu\'\xc3\xa0 l\'international. Cr\xc3\xa9atif.ve dans la recherche de solutions, il.elle fait preuve de leadership et poss\xc3\xa8de une bonne compr\xc3\xa9hension des diff\xc3\xa9rentes \xc3\xa9tapes de r\xc3\xa9alisation d\'un projet cr\xc3\xa9atif publicitaire relevant de diff\xc3\xa9rentes \xc3\xa9quipes \xc3\xa0 travers le monde.

RESPONSABILIT\xc3\x89S

• D\xc3\xa9velopper et maintenir une relation de confiance avec les clients;
• G\xc3\xa9rer plusieurs mandats de diverses tailles en simultan\xc3\xa9;
• D\xc3\xa9terminer les ressources n\xc3\xa9cessaires \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9alisation des projets;
• R\xc3\xa9diger des \xc2\xab briefs \xc2\xbb et participer activement aux r\xc3\xa9flexions strat\xc3\xa9giques;
• Assurer la coordination de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de strat\xc3\xa9gie, conception cr\xc3\xa9ative et de production affect\xc3\xa9e au projet;
• Appliquer le processus de d\xc3\xa9veloppement des projets;
• \xc3\x89laborer et faire le suivi des budgets et des \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9anciers;
• \xc3\x89valuer et r\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes qui pourraient surgir au cours du mandat;
• Assurer un suivi constant aupr\xc3\xa8s des clients;
• Faire le suivi des opportunit\xc3\xa9s et proposer des solutions.

REQUIS

• Formation universitaire en communications, marketing ou tout autre domaine connexe;
• Minimum de 5 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans des fonctions similaires;
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience en gestion de projets, PMP (un atout);
• Ma\xc3\xaetrise du fran\xc3\xa7ais et de l\'anglais, tant \xc3\xa0 l\'oral qu\'\xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9crit (Collaborateurs et clients \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9chelle internationale).

ROLE

Working under the account manager and in collaboration with the creative and technical teams, the supervisor will be responsible for managing projects, timelines, resources, and budgets for projects in Canada and abroad. Applicants should be innovative problem solvers who show leadership and have a good understanding of every stage of a creative advertising project involving different teams around the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain client trust
• Manage multiple projects of varying scopes simultaneously
• Determine the resources needed for each project
• Write briefs and play an active role in strategy work
• Coordinate the strategy, creative and production teams assigned to each project
• Apply the project development process
• Create and oversee budgets and timelines
• Analyze and solve problems as they arise
• Stay in continuous contact with clients
• Follow up on opportunities and recommend solutions

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in communications, marketing or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years\' experience in a similar position
• Experience with project management, PMP (an asset)
• Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (International collaborators and customers).
