Le superviseur du service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le s\'assure que l\'exp\xc3\xa9rience client au Scandinave du Vieux-Montr\xc3\xa9al soit \xc3\xa0 la hauteur de notre marque et respecte nos valeurs et notre mission d\'entreprise. Il est responsable de l\'embauche, la formation, le coaching ainsi que la gestion et la mobilisation de son \xc3\xa9quipe. T\xc3\x82CHES ET RESPONSABILIT\xc3\x89S Planifier les besoins en ressources humaines du spa, assurer le recrutement, l\'embauche, les horaires, la formation, la gestion de performance de son \xc3\xa9quipe Superviser et coacher les chefs d\'\xc3\xa9quipe Assurer le d\xc3\xa9veloppement et le perfectionnement des \xc3\xa9quipes Gestion des commentaires clients et assure le suivi des dossiers reli\xc3\xa9s aux plaintes Toutes autres t\xc3\xa2ches connexes n\xc3\xa9cessaires au bon fonctionnement de l\'entreprise Horaire de travail: Le candidat doit \xc3\xaatre disponible \xc3\xa0 travailler sur diff\xc3\xa9rents quarts de travail, dont une journ\xc3\xa9e de fin de semaine et une soir\xc3\xa9e en semaine. COMP\xc3\x89TENCES RECHERCH\xc3\x89ES Minimum deux (2) ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en gestion d\'une \xc3\xa9quipe de service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le Exp\xc3\xa9rience dans l\'industrie du spa et du tourisme (atout important) Avoir le souci du d\xc3\xa9tail Organis\xc3\xa9 et motiv\xc3\xa9 par l\'atteinte et le d\xc3\xa9passement des objectifs \xc3\xa9tablis Excellentes aptitudes de communication et comp\xc3\xa9tences interpersonnelles, ainsi qu\'une capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 s\'adapter rapidement aux situations changeantes et aux nouveaux d\xc3\xa9fis Bilingue (fran\xc3\xa7ais/anglais) \xc3\xa0 l\'oral et \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9crit Connaissance de MS Office et capacit\xc3\xa9 d\'apprentissage de programmes informatiques Qu\'est-ce qu\'on t\'offre? The Customer Service Supervisor ensures that the customer experience at Le Scandinave du Vieux-Montr\xc3\xa9al lives up to our brand and respects our values and corporate mission. He/she is responsible for hiring, training, coaching, managing and mobilizing his/her team. Tasks and responsabilities: Plan the human resources needs, ensure the recruitment, hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management the team Supervise and coach team leaders Ensure the development and improvement of the teams Manage customer feedback and follow up on complaint files All other related tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the company Work schedule: The candidate must be available to work different shifts, including a weekend day and a weekday evening. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in managing a customer service team Experience in the spa and tourism industry (important asset) Attention to detail Organized and motivated to achieve and exceed established goals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and new challenges Bilingual (French/English) written and spoken Knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn computer programs What\'s in it for you?
