We are looking for:

We are seeking a dynamic Studio Manager/Coach to oversee the daily operations of our studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Duties:

Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Train and supervise staff to deliver outstanding customer service.

Utilize cash handling procedures and POS systems effectively.

Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.

Collaborate with the Corporate team to drive business growth.

Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

One-on-One personal coaching to drive clients towards their wellness goals.

Skills:

Soft sales experience.

Life long learner.

Comfortable with social media and willing to be seen through our studio page.

Proficient in cash handling procedures and POS systems.

Entrepreneurial, outside the box thinker.

Positive, fun, and upbeat attitude.

Solution based thinker.

Strong organizational skills.

Excellent communication and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Previous experience in retail management preferred.

A "people person" who enjoys helping others.

Pay: $21.00 per hour
