We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant to the Studio Manager to oversee the operations of our studio during weekends and some weeknights. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, sales, and a strong background in retail management.

This role requires excellent administrative skills, time management, and the ability to communicate with a team effectively. As the Assistant Studio Manager, you will be crucial in creating an inviting atmosphere for clients while ensuring that all operational tasks are executed efficiently.

Duties



Lead and manage studio operations and membership management, ensuring a smooth workflow and high-quality customer service. Supervise to provide exceptional service and maintain studio standards. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling trials, selling memberships, inventory management, and reporting to the Studio Manager. Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and assist with sales. Implement marketing strategies to promote studio services and increase client engagement. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the studio environment. Manage pricing strategies and ensure accurate pricing of services offered. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and professional growth. Assist with marketing strategies, posting on social media and communicating with members on all media platforms.

Qualifications



Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a retail or fitness studio environment. Strong background in retail sales and management with demonstrated success in achieving targets. Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in supervising staff, providing training, and fostering team development. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 15 per week
