Key Responsibilities
Operations & Program Coordination
Oversee day-to-day operations of our community programs and
Diverse Pathways Day Program
Coordinate staffing schedules, coverage, and operational workflows
Support intake processes, documentation, onboarding, and compliance tracking
Maintain organized records, policies, procedures, and program documentation
Assist with quality assurance and service delivery improvements
Business Development & Outreach
Organize and manage outreach to social service organizations, senior care providers, community agencies, and institutional partners
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and partnership communications
Assist with proposals, presentations, and service packages
Maintain a database of contacts and partnerships
Grant & Funding Coordination
Support grant research, tracking deadlines, and coordinating required documentation
Assist leadership with grant applications and reporting requirements
Help organize nonprofit funding initiatives tied to community and senior programs
Scheduling & Administrative Support
Support staff scheduling, onboarding coordination, and credential tracking
Assist with systems that improve efficiency and communication
Ensure timelines, deliverables, and priorities stay on track
Leadership & Strategy Support
Work directly with Executive Leadership to execute strategic initiatives
Help translate organizational vision into actionable plans
Identify operational gaps and recommend solutions

Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or degree in Social Work, Social Services, Human Services, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in
social services, community support, healthcare, or senior care
is required
Experience with staffing agencies, nonprofit organizations, or community programs is a strong asset
Strong administrative, coordination, and organizational skills
Familiarity with grant processes, proposal writing, or nonprofit funding is an asset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling/CRM systems
