Job Overview


As a member of the Human Resources team, you will collaborate with the Manager, Human Resources to support the goals of the various departments focused on employee retention and engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking retention and engagement initiatives, analyzing them, and reporting results. The ideal candidate for this position must be able to build strong working relationships with various internal and external groups, have good analytical skills and demonstrate a strong interest in implementing improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide results and analysis on employee engagement and retention to identify best practices and areas for improvement to enhance our success and optimize our approach.
  • Present results and analysis on a monthly and ad hoc basis.
  • Responsible for managing technician retention programs, and ensuring regular communication with managers and technicians to address various concerns.
  • Research, implement and document effective retention and engagement strategies aligned with Bell Technical Solutions\' high performance culture.
  • Support other HR projects and programs as needed.


Critical Qualifications


  • Post-secondary education (preferably in human resources or related field).
  • 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in project coordination.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Excellent organizational skills and strong priority management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Bilinguall (French and English)

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
