, vous serez responsable de contribuer a la croissance et a la rentabilite de la marque en optimisant la presence digitale et en developpant des initiatives performantes sur les canaux numeriques. Plus specifiquement, il ou elle joue un role cle dans l'evolution et la mise a jour du site web, la gestion et l'optimisation des campagnes medias ainsi que le developpement du programme de loyaute.

En analysant les tendances du marche, le comportement des consommateurs et la performance des plateformes numeriques, le ou la specialiste propose des ameliorations continues qui assurent la coherence du positionnement de la marque et l'efficacite des actions marketing en ligne.

Responsabilites principales :



Maintenir et mettre a jour le site web afin d'assurer l'exactitude et la pertinence des contenus. Collaborer avec les agences pour ameliorer l'experience utilisateur (UX/UI). Optimiser le referencement (SEO) afin d'augmenter la visibilite et le trafic organique. Planifier, deployer et analyser des campagnes numeriques (Google Ads, medias sociaux, display, etc.). Suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et ajuster les strategies en continu. Collaborer avec l'agence media pour assurer la coherence des messages et la performance des placements publicitaires. Gerer et developper le programme de fidelite (promotions, avantages exclusifs). Concevoir et executer des campagnes ciblees pour accroitre l'engagement et la retention. Analyser la performance du programme et recommander des optimisations. Produire des rapports reguliers sur la performance numerique (site web, campagnes, loyaute). Identifier des opportunites et formuler des recommandations strategiques. Assurer la veille concurrentielle et suivre les tendances du marketing numerique. Travailler en collaboration avec les equipes internes et externes. Appuyer l'alignement des campagnes numeriques avec les objectifs de la marque. Contribuer a l'amelioration continue des processus marketing.

Profil recherche :



Formation universitaire en marketing, communications ou domaine connexe. Experience pertinente (2 a 4 ans) en marketing numerique Solides competences en marketing numerique et en analyse de performance Experience en gestion de campagnes medias (SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, medias sociaux). Habilete a gerer un programme de loyaute ou CRM. Esprit analytique avec un sens des affaires developpe. Creativite, autonomie et capacite a travailler dans un environnement en constante evolution. Excellentes aptitudes en communication et collaboration.

As the

Digital Marketing Specialist

for the Sushi Shop brand

within the MTY Group family, your primary objective is to contribute to the brand's growth and profitability by optimizing its digital presence and developing high-performing initiatives across digital channels. More specifically, the specialist plays a key role in the evolution and updating of the website, the management and optimization of media campaigns, and the development of the loyalty program.

By analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and the performance of digital platforms, the specialist proposes continuous improvements that ensure brand positioning consistency and the effectiveness of online marketing actions.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and update the website to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Collaborate with agencies to improve user experience (UX/UI). Optimize SEO to increase visibility and organic traffic. Plan, deploy, and analyze digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media, display, etc.). Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously adjust strategies. Work with the media agency to ensure message consistency and ad placement performance. Manage and develop the loyalty program (promotions, exclusive benefits). Design and execute targeted campaigns to boost engagement and retention. Analyze program performance and recommend optimizations. Produce regular reports on digital performance (website, campaigns, loyalty). Identify opportunities and provide strategic recommendations. Conduct competitive intelligence and monitor digital marketing trends. Collaborate with internal and external teams. Support alignment of digital campaigns with brand objectives. Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes.

Profile:



University degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Relevant experience (2 to 4 years) in digital marketing. Strong skills in digital marketing and performance analysis. Experience managing media campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media). Ability to manage a loyalty or CRM program. Analytical mindset with strong business acumen. Creativity, autonomy, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
