As we expand to meet the growing demand for Canadian immigration services, we are seeking a Digital Marketing & Event Planning Specialist who can execute cross?channel campaigns and deliver high?impact events that build trust and generate qualified consultations.

Position Overview



We're looking for a hands?on, bilingual (English & Mandarin) specialist who can plan and run digital marketing campaigns, create clear and compelling educational/immigration content, and execute both online and offline events (webinars, info sessions, workshops). You will align activities with company goals, measure performance, and optimize continuously to drive awareness, engagement, and booked consultations.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across WeChat (Official Account), Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin/TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, email, and website/SEO.

Develop educational and immigration?related content (articles, videos, posts, newsletters) to increase brand awareness and client engagement.

Organize and execute online and offline events, such as webinars, info sessions, and workshops: landing pages, registration, reminders, run?of?show, speaker prep, tech checks, venue/vendor coordination, and onsite logistics.

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales and Case Processing) to align marketing and event strategies with company goals and client journey.

Monitor campaign and event performance; build weekly dashboards; provide insights and recommendations for optimization (A/B tests for hooks, creatives, timing).

Manage marketing/event budgets and vendor relationships.

Qualifications



2 - 4+ years in digital marketing and/or event coordination (agency or in?house).

Bilingual English & Mandarin with crisp copywriting; ability to explain complex policies clearly.

Hands?on with Chinese & Western platforms (WeChat/RED/Douyin/TikTok/YouTube/LinkedIn), email tools, and basic SEO.

Content production: short?video scripting/shooting/editing (CapCut/Premiere) and basic design (Canva/Figma/Photoshop).

Proven experience delivering webinars and small?to?mid?scale in?person events end?to?end.

Strong project management, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.

Budget management and vendor coordination experience.

Experience in Canadian immigration or international education is considered an asset.
