Position Overview

We are seeking a

Digital Marketing & Content Creation Specialist

who will manage and grow our online presence. This role will report directly to the Operations / Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate is creative, results-driven, and has hands-on experience with social media, SEO, and website design.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage engaging social media content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Develop and implement Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns Produce and edit short-form and long-form video content for multiple platforms Use Google SEO strategies to improve website ranking and drive traffic Design, update, and maintain our website using WordPress Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement Analyze social media and ad performance metrics, adjusting strategies accordingly

Qualifications

Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation Proficiency in WordPress design and management Strong understanding of Google SEO best practices Experience with Meta Business Suite for ad creation and management Video creation and editing skills (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required)

Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) Email marketing campaign experience Photography skills
