We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist
to support and elevate our brand's online presence. This role is responsible for managing digital advertising, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and coordinating media content creation. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in performance marketing, e-commerce platforms, and developing strategic marketing plans to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management & Ad Posting
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across all social media platforms.
Create and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Monitor analytics and optimize posts and ads for performance.
2. Email Marketing
Develop and execute email campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot.
Create content calendars and automated workflows.
Analyze email performance metrics and recommend improvements.
3. Google Ads Management
Create, monitor, and optimize Google Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and track ROI using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
4. Coordination with Photographer / Content Creators
Plan, schedule, and coordinate product and lifestyle shoots.
Provide creative briefs, ensure brand consistency, and manage timelines for content delivery.
5. Media Planning
Develop media plans aligned with marketing objectives.
Identify target audiences, appropriate channels, and budget allocation strategies.
6. Media Buying
Manage advertising budgets across digital platforms.
Negotiate with media vendors and ensure optimal use of spend.
Track and report performance of paid media campaigns.
7. Marketing Strategy Planning
Contribute to quarterly and annual marketing strategy roadmaps.
Conduct competitor research and market analysis.
Suggest improvements to branding, campaigns, and audience engagement.
8. E-Commerce & Marketplace Management
Manage product listings, pricing, descriptions, and promotions on e-commerce platforms.
Optimize listings for SEO and conversion.
Monitor order trends, customer behavior, and marketplace analytics (Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, etc.).
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and advertising tools.
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing systems, and e-commerce CMS.
Excellent coordination, communication, and content management skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $57,000.00-$64,000.00 per year
