Position Summary



We are seeking a Marketing Specialist (E-Commerce) with at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and online retail. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of marketing projects, manage product visibility across multiple platforms, and support the growth of our e-commerce channels.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and team to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, while contributing directly to brand and sales growth. This is a hands-on position where creativity, data analysis, and execution skills all matter.

Key Responsibilities



Plan and execute marketing campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms. Manage and optimize product listings, brand messaging, and promotional content. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop creative assets and promotional strategies. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights. Support social media activities, email marketing, and content creation. Ensure consistency of branding and product positioning across platforms. Respond to product and customer inquiries to ensure positive brand engagement.

Required Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related roles. Proven experience managing marketing campaigns or online retail channels. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications



Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, or Shopify. Familiarity with SEO, online advertising, or PPC campaigns. Experience with creative tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for content development.
