About The Role



AspenClean is looking for a Digital Marketing, Automation & Content Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our marketing automation platform Klaviyo. You will also be leveraging you writing skills, graphic design, photography & video to produce industry leading content across social media, our website, and other digital platforms.

You'll support a range of projects across platforms--from social content and influencer partnerships to product storytelling and creative campaign execution. You'll collaborate with designers, creators, and marketing leads to produce compelling brand content that reflects AspenClean's mission toward a healthy home, and healthy planet.

The ideal candidate has a strong creative eye, lives and breathes social media, and has a deep understanding of how digital culture moves--from emerging formats and algorithms to creator communities and platform-specific trends. You're creatively driven and strategically minded, with a sharp eye for storytelling and a feel for what resonates online. With a genuine interest in wellness, sustainability, and clean living, you're ready to shape AspenClean's voice across platforms and bring culturally relevant ideas to life.

Responsibilities



Marketing Automation



Develop, execute, and optimize automated marketing workflows (email, SMS, push notifications). Segment customer lists to personalize campaigns and increase engagement. Manage subscription platforms such as

Recharge

for recurring revenue optimization. Monitor automation performance and adjust strategies to improve retention and conversions.

Content Creation & Management



Plan, write, and publish engaging content for

blogs, website, and landing pages

to support SEO and brand positioning. Create and schedule

social media posts

across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Collaborate with designers and external agencies to ensure visuals align with brand guidelines. Optimize copy and creative assets for conversions, engagement, and reach.

Campaign Management



Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, paid ads, social, influencer partnerships). Manage

Yotpo Reviews, Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals

to maximize customer advocacy and retention. Coordinate seasonal and product-launch campaigns with cross-functional teams (design, sales, operations). Track budgets and ROI for paid and organic campaigns.

Analytics & Optimization



Review and analyze campaign results using tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and Yotpo dashboards. Prepare performance reports highlighting KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, CAC, LTV, and ROI. Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, landing pages, and creative assets. Recommend optimizations to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion across all channels.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement



Work closely with customer service, operations, and product teams to align messaging and promotions. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor strategies. Provide insights to improve the customer journey and digital touchpoints. Suggest and implement new tools or integrations to streamline digital marketing efforts.

Requirements



2-3 years of experience in email marketing, content creation, social media Proven success in digital content strategy that demonstrates growth and engagement Strong writing skills, with a flair for brand storytelling A knack for visuals and skills in design (Figma, InDesign, Canva) Familiar with social analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Later, etc.) Highly organized with strong project management abilities Experience in the wellness, clean living, or sustainable product space is a plus Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
