Responsabilites regionales (Canada)




Etre l'expert(e) regional(e) pour toutes les etapes du cycle de vie des employes et les fonctions de ressources humaines au Canada. Fournir un soutien de haut niveau aux clients, en offrant des conseils d'experts sur les normes du marche canadien, avec un accent fort sur la conformite et les exigences legislatives nationales, ainsi que des conseils sur les avantages sociaux, la paie et d'autres questions de RH specifiques au Canada. Gerer les fournisseurs de services de paie, les courtiers en avantages sociaux, les conseillers en RH et autres partenaires locaux au Canada. Collaborer avec l'equipe de service a la clientele pour fournir un soutien strategique en RH pour l'acquisition de clients (en tirant parti de votre expertise canadienne) et pour renforcer les relations a long terme avec les clients grace a des conseils proactifs en matiere de RH. Aider a la cessation d'emploi et a la gestion strategique des fins d'emploi, en assurant la conformite avec le droit du travail canadien.

Impact organisationnel




Promouvoir l'adoption et l'integration d'initiatives liees aux produits et a l'IA pour ameliorer l'efficacite des processus d'equipe internes, optimiser les flux de travail des operations RH qui ont un impact sur d'autres departements et professionnels, et automatiser les responsabilites quotidiennes courantes. Aborder de maniere proactive les erreurs potentielles par une negociation creative, dans le but de trouver des solutions gagnant-gagnant-gagnant qui profitent aux clients, aux professionnels et a l'entreprise. Resoudre des problemes complexes en appliquant une pensee analytique et en adoptant une nouvelle perspective pour developper des solutions.

Responsabilites RH quotidiennes




Gerer les questions courantes avec les clients existants en sollicitant les membres appropries de l'equipe pour resoudre les requetes. Travailler de maniere autonome et independante, avec un minimum de supervision. Gerer les donnees des clients et des professionnels en maintenant meticuleusement les dossiers dans notre portail en ligne et sur les plateformes des fournisseurs, en respectant les meilleures pratiques de gestion des donnees.

Conformite et projets




Diriger des projets de conformite de bout en bout en collaboration avec des equipes inter-fonctionnelles, tout en tirant parti de votre expertise et des meilleures pratiques pour mener de maniere proactive des initiatives locales et mondiales qui ameliorent nos produits et services.

Ce que nous recherchons




Baccalaureat (B.S./B.A.) ou diplome d'etudes superieures en ressources humaines, affaires internationales, comptabilite, droit ou dans un domaine connexe. 5+ annees d'experience en ressources humaines, de preference en tant que specialiste, generaliste ou partenaire d'affaires RH. Connaissance pratique approfondie des concepts, pratiques et procedures en RH, avec une connaissance approfondie du droit du travail canadien et des exigences legales liees a la gestion des professionnels au niveau national, pour assurer la conformite reglementaire et minimiser les risques juridiques. Capacite averee a gerer plusieurs taches dans un environnement ou le rythme est rapide. Capacite a etablir des priorites, a se motiver et a s'autoreguler tout en travaillant de maniere autonome et en equipe. Etre une personne ingenieuse et adaptable, capable de naviguer en terrain inconnu, de trouver des solutions et de resoudre des problemes en conformite avec les reglementations. Etre un champion du changement. Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et orale en francais et en anglais (bilinguisme oral et ecrit courant). Experience d'interaction avec des personnes a l'echelle internationale, demontrant une sensibilite et une comprehension des diverses normes culturelles, valeurs et styles de communication. Maitrise de Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook et SharePoint, avec une experience dans l'utilisation d'outils d'IA pour ameliorer la productivite et optimiser les flux de travail. Tres fiable, organise(e) et oriente(e) vers le service a la clientele, avec une attitude positive et des competences creatives en resolution de problemes. Disponibilite pour travailler a des heures flexibles selon les fuseaux horaires, tel que requis pour les affaires internationales.

La fourchette de salaire de base annuelle brute pour ce poste est de

76 600 $ a 99 500 $

About the position:





As a Human Resources Specialist in a fast-growing company, you will have responsibility for supporting G-P's clients and the professionals we engage on behalf of our clients and assisting in the management of the back-end HR, accounting, and legal service providers that support the infrastructure of our international entities. You will play a very active role in delivering best in class HR support to our Customers and Professionals and drive GP's goals and objectives.




What you will do:





Regional Responsibilities (Canada):

+ Serve as a regional expert for all employee lifecycle events and human resources functions in Canada.
+ Provide senior-level support to customer inquiries, offering expert guidance on Canadian market norms, with a strong emphasis on in-country compliance and legislative requirements, alongside advice on benefits, payroll, and other Canada-specific HR matters.
+ Manage local Canadian payroll providers, benefits brokers, HR advisors, and other partners.
+ Collaborate with the Customer Services team to provide strategic HR support for client acquisition (leveraging Canadian expertise) and to strengthen long-term customer relationships through proactive HR guidance.

Support with off-boarding and strategic handling of terminations, ensuring compliance with Canadian labour laws.

Organizational Impact:

+ Drive the adoption and integration of product and AI-related initiatives to enhance the efficiency of internal team processes, improve HR Operations workflows that impact other departments and professionals, and automate routine daily responsibilities.
+ Proactively address potential errors through creative negotiation, aiming for win-win-win solutions that benefit customers, professionals, and the company.

Day-to-Day HR Responsibilities:


+ Handle ongoing matters with existing clients by pulling in appropriate members of the team to resolve client queries.
+ Work independently and autonomously, receiving minimal guidance.

Manage customer and professional data by meticulously maintaining records in our online portal and vendor platforms, adhering to data management best practices.
+

Compliance and Projects:

+ Lead end-to-end compliance projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams, while also leveraging subject matter expertise and best practices to proactively drive local and global initiatives that enhance our products and services.

What we are looking for:




BS/BA Degree or higher in Human Resources, International Business, Accounting, Law, or a related field. 5+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, and/or HR Business Partner. Solid working knowledge of HR concepts, practices, and procedures, with in-depth knowledge of Canadian employment laws and legal requirements related to the in-country management of professionals, to ensure regulatory compliance and minimize legal risks. Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize, self-motivate, and regulate while working independently and in a team environment. Requires a resourceful and adaptable individual who can navigate unknown territory, 'figure things out' and solve problems in compliance with regulations. Be a champion of change. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and French (oral and written fluency). Experience interacting with people internationally, demonstrating sensitivity to and understanding of diverse cultural norms, values, and communication styles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint, with experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows. Highly reliable, organized, and customer-service-oriented with a positive attitude and creative problem-solving skills. Willingness to work flexible hours across time zones, as required for international business.

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $76,600 to $99,500. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors including relevant qualifications, experience, education and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary
