We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spa Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about wellness and customer service, providing an exceptional experience for our clients. As a Spa Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the spa's atmosphere and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and pampered.
Duties
Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide them with information about spa services and treatments.
Maintain product supply in treatment rooms, by filling bottles and replacing empty product.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and reception.
Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
Promote spa services, products, and special offers to enhance client experience.
Support therapists and estheticians by preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.
Laundry cleaned and fold.
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, ideally within the wellness or beauty industry.
Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and services is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others feel their best.
