Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spa Associate / Receptionist to join our team at

Full Circle Wellness

in downtown Courtenay. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while promoting our wellness services and products. This is a hands-on position in a calm, professional spa environment.

Duties

Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage bookings Process payments and handle cash or e-transfer transactions accurately Prepare and switch massage rooms between sessions Fold laundry, clean, and maintain overall studio tidiness Assist with product making, labeling, and restocking Help with merchandising and retail display organization Communicate effectively with clients regarding services, promotions, and policies

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, reception, or retail is preferred Comfortable using a computer or laptop for basic scheduling and communication Strong communication and multitasking skills Friendly, reliable, organized, and professional demeanor Ability to stand for extended periods and complete light cleaning or lifting tasks

Hours

Part-time and flexible -- approximately

5-15 hours per week to start

, with potential for more based on performance and studio needs.

Compensation

Starting pay:

$17.85-$22.00 per hour (based on experience and reliability)

Performance Bonuses:

10% commission on any retail product sold $5 bonus for every 60-minute massage booked $6 bonus for every 90-minute massage booked $7 bonus for every 120-minute massage booked

15+ hours/week (Regular Part-Time):
