Attention all Beautie Junkies! We are looking for a Part Time Spa Assistant and Receptionist at RG Spa and Wellness as we grow.

The position offers between 17 to 26 hours per week. The expected schedule includes full shifts on Sundays, alternating Mondays, and alternating Saturdays, along with evening shifts on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. While these are the typical shift expectations, flexibility in availability is still required.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome spa clients in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and scheduling appointments, processing payments

- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product levels

- Retail sales of our skin care and suncare lines

- Maintain a clean and organized spa environment

- Turning over rooms for services

- Answer phone calls /email and respond to customer inquiries with proper phone etiquette

- Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations

- Keep washroom and lounge area clean and tidy

Experience:

- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred

- Familiarity with cashiering procedures and cash handling is a plus

- Knowledge of technical sales techniques is beneficial

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients

- Organizational skills to maintain inventory and keep the spa area tidy

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
